Because our consulting services are tailored and involve time, expertise, and strategic planning, all payments for completed or in-progress services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you purchase a consulting package or monthly plan:
Before work begins – You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
After work has started – Refunds are not available, but you may receive credit toward future services at our discretion.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or project:
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.
Refunds may be granted if:
An error in billing occurred (duplicate payment, incorrect charge).
We fail to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.
