1. Consulting Services

Because our consulting services are tailored and involve time, expertise, and strategic planning, all payments for completed or in-progress services are non-refundable once work has commenced.


2. Prepaid Packages & Plans

If you purchase a consulting package or monthly plan:

  • Before work begins – You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

  • After work has started – Refunds are not available, but you may receive credit toward future services at our discretion.


3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or project:

  • You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.


4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted if:

  • An error in billing occurred (duplicate payment, incorrect charge).

  • We fail to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.
